As the Summer Reading Program has come to an end. Come join in on the Messtival with a Splash plus awards and prizes will be handed out. What is a Messtival with a Splash you ask?!?! Well we will have fly swat painting, fork painting, water gun painting plus plenty of opportunities to get wet! Outside games and so much more and I hear that the fire truck will be making an appearance. Lots of crafts and activities for all ages so come out and join in on all the fun! Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting messy! Chambers Bank of Dover will be here at the library at 11 am to feed everyone hotdogs! ALL FOR FREE!!!

Unattended Children (ages 0-11)
Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible party and shall be adequately supervised by such responsible parent or caregiver at all times for the sake of their own well-being.
Unattended Minors (ages 12-19)
While children 12 years and older may use the library unattended, they are required to adhere to library rules and expectations of acceptable behavior. Disruptive juveniles may be asked to disperse at the librarian’s discretion. Any minor unable to travel alone must be picked up prior to closing.
