Ready for even more Summer Fun? Help the Dover Library welcome Marty Boone to town. Marty has been on America's Got Talent, and he is Arkansas' top balloon artist and magician. Every kiddo will get to take home a balloon animal! This event will be held offsite at the Dover First Baptist Church Family Life Center at 149 SR 164 E, Dover.

Unattended Children (ages 0-11)
Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible party and shall be adequately supervised by such responsible parent or caregiver at all times for the sake of their own well-being.
Unattended Minors (ages 12-19)
While children 12 years and older may use the library unattended, they are required to adhere to library rules and expectations of acceptable behavior. Disruptive juveniles may be asked to disperse at the librarian’s discretion. Any minor unable to travel alone must be picked up prior to closing.
