Our Community Stops offer remote patrons an opportunity to engage with library services in their own communities. Sign up for a library card, check out a book, or let us help you connect with the LIBBY app or other resources, like our Homebound Services.
Our Outreach staff makes a monthly delivery to patrons at the grocery store in Tilly.
Library cards are free and valid for one (1) year. The Library System has no minimum age for a patron to obtain a library card. Anyone can use the resources of the Pope County Library, but only registered patrons may borrow library materials. Cardholders are responsible for all items checked out on their cards, whether the card is used by the owner of the card or anyone else. Patrons are limited to a total of fifteen (15) library items checked out per card, of which 7 may be DVDs.
