Who doesn't love a Tea Party?!?! Come have a Tea Party with us and Children's Author and Illustrator Ms. Carol Dabney.  Ms. Carol will teach us a new song plus share with us one of her children's books.  Dressing up is optional.

Please be advised of the following expectations and responsibilities for participants and their parents or guardians:

  • Supervision Requirement: A parent or guardian must be present for any child under the age of 11 while they are on the premises.
  • Misconduct Policy: In the event of any misconduct, we reserve the right to contact the child’s parent or guardian for resolution.
  • Liability for Damages: Parents or guardians will be held financially responsible for any damage to games or equipment resulting from repeated horseplay.

Unattended Minors (ages 12-19)

While children 12 years and older may use the library unattended, they are required to adhere to library rules and expectations of acceptable behavior.  Disruptive juveniles may be asked to disperse at the librarian’s discretion. Any minor unable to travel alone must be picked up prior to closing.
