Pope County libraries in Atkins, Dover, and Russellville will delay opening until 12:00 pm on this date. These libraries will open at noon.
The library in Russellville will close at 4:00 pm in preparation for the Russellville Christmas parade. All satellite branches will close at their regularly scheduled closing time.
